Our Work

Supply Drive to Combat Food Insecurity

Food and supply drive in collaboration with the Charlotte Soccer Academy and FeedNC.  We collected and donated 202 pounds of supplies to FeedNC for distribution to those who experience food insecurity.

Environmental Clean-Up Lake Norman State Park

Collecting off-trail trash and debris at Lake Norman State Park to protect waterways and wildlife.

Medicine, PPE and Essentials Supply Drive for Victims of Hurricane Helene

Donating Medicine, PPE and Essential Supplies to Victims of Hurricane Helene collected through neighborhood supply drive and delivered to Western North Carolina by the Pet Supermarket.

 

Restoring Carbon Sequestration and Increasing Green Space

Working in collaboration with Lake Norman High School, Dala Casa Landscape and the STEM club to plan and conduct a staged tree planting project to restore lost carbon sequestration and increase green space.

Collecting Medicine and Batteries for Hurricane Victims

Supporting CSA's supply drive for hurricane victims in Western North Carolina by collecting and donating medicine and batteries.

Working to Implement Comprehensive Recycling Program

Working with Administration and Republic Services to start plastics, aluminum and glass recycling school wide at Lake Norman High School.
